Fanta
"FANTAsie" |
During WWII, there was no shipping allowed between the Unites States and Germany, and so, Coco-Cola syrup, of course, was also not allowed! And so, the German Coco-Cola bottling company decided to create their own drink with the ingredients that are available in Germany, thus creating Fanta.

Fanta is also considered one of the top 10 soda pop brands in the world, and do have a decent amount of presence on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and YouTube as well. Though mostly with just photos on all platforms and videos on their website that link to their YouTube channel.

Fanta has not updated their Facebook page since 2014! And even then, they only posted a few times throughout the year with photos, and giving followers a chance to interact with the company with a little clue game. Besides that, no communication was done with their followers.

Fanta also rarely updates their Twitter, though far more than their Facebook. Over about 10 posts a year, posted sporadically and on occasion, such as Halloween, and being mostly just photos. Fanta also posted a few puzzle games.

Fanta's least followed social media platform is Instagram. Fanta only posts on occasion and randomly throughout the year. Al photos are related to the brand, and which complete a bigger picture. They do not interact with their customers through this social media platform.

In Conclusion:
Fanta seems to have a relatively good following on all their social media platforms, however they do not update they social media very often. All of the 3 platforms only have photos and a few little puzzle game, and no direct interaction with their followers. I am a little unsure as to what their marketing strategy is besides: be bright and fun-looking.
